I handle all aspects of human resources including managing the hiring process, developing training, and managing schedules. I am well-versed in employment law and am highly organized. My high-energy personality and interpersonal skills lend themselves well to working with a large staff. I am quick to respond to and deal with employment issues as they may arise, and I am able to handle them efficiently with sensitivity. During this time I have been able to consolidate the Employee Handbook, created the Employee Probation Form that is currently used for the sales Team , Created the Interview Summary Sheet being used during interviews and also made sure we come up with the Careers email that is used to receive outside application .During my start of the role I carried out Training Needs Assessment in all branches and prepared a Training Programme about awareness of Human resources Department role in branches so that the employees know about the employee and Employer obligations .
