David is a performance-driven and motivated engineer with extensive experience in construction supervision , structural and foundation design , periodic site visits and reconnaissance, planning, co-coordinating fieldwork, guiding other field engineering staff/technicians to execute the fieldwork, reviewing field data and samples, assigning and reviewing laboratory tests, performing analyses, preparing geotechnical reports, coordinating with engineering technicians, staff engineers, clients, government agencies, and subcontractors, and occasional construction monitoring. He is also a corresponding member of the International Society of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE), a Professional Engineer (Member) of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) under the Structural Engineers Institute Membership and a Graduate Member of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers, thus waiting for an Engineering Registration Board Stamp.
