High level LOGISTICS & OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT specialist, for Oil&Gas activities, with +25 years hands-on experience spent in various areas of the globe supporting exploration and development projects covering seismic, drilling, completion, construction, and production programs -and required associated disciplines-, with full accountability in project pre-planning, operations, close outs and audits if required.
My work experience includes but not limited to : management of –
Shore Base operations - Port/Marine operations - Supply Chain - Warehousing & Sock/Inventory Control - Freight Forwarding & Customs Clearance - Transportation and Cargo Movements via Land/Sea/Air - Liquid & Dry Bulk Plants operations - Mob/Demob Projects - Mobile Plant - etc.
Furthermore, I was an integral part of many projects from initiation to fruition : participated in development, implementation and execution of strategies and processes relating to project general logistics - set-up required yards, undercover storage facilities, office and admin blocks - recruited local and expatriate manpower - assessed/contracted local vendors/suppliers - purchased and/or leased mobile plant and assets - applied for and obtained required licenses, permits and authorizations, etc.
Moreover: Trained in the majority of management disciplines and HSE key areas such as Emergency Response, Security, First Aid, Dangerous Goods, H2S Awareness, Fire & Rescue, Oil Spill Response, Rigging & Lifting, Permit to Work, etc.
