• Inter carrier Mill Console Control panel for 660kw, 690VAC 50HZ motors, delta connected ABB make and the VFD of ACS800 – 2ABB drives of 800kw, 690VAC, 50HZ input.
• The project was to do with wiring all control circuits for the mill motors and their respective Variable frequency drives (ABB).
• Control circuit included start/stops command signals of all the motors by the respective drives,
• Kegplant optimation and haze improvement.
• Emergency stop command signals of all motors by the respective drives,
• Speed variation signal commands of all motors with the help of potentiometers, by the respective drives.
• Evaporator level and flow/monitoring panel.
• This project was to wire all evaporator level, pressure, and Temperature controls, using pressure transmitters, Automatic valves and PT100 RTDs for temperature and Digital controllers& Indicators.
