I am a graduate in human resource management from Makerere university and Uganda management institute. i have vast experience in HR management at a senior level with fresh cuts Uganda limited as a human resource officer but heading the department. i am further uncharged of work man compensation for employees in the organization and also a secretary for the ISO standards. that is to say ISO 22000:2018 and 14000:2015. i am competent in recruitment and on boarding, performance management, exit management, contract changes etc. i believe if given this opportunity i will bring with me vast experience which will contribute greatly to the achievement of sun maker goals and motivation of employees to explore their talents.
