I am Human Resource practioner with great passion for helping people grow and develop in their careers do as to realise their full potential at work and in their personal lives.
I am currently studying a masters in Human Resource Management so as to beome more competent in the job market and meet the expectations of my employer.
Throughout my career, I have developed various skills to enable me accomplish my tasks, for example, organisational and leadership skills, interpersonal and communication skills as well as multitasking and conflict resolution skills.
I believe in learning and unlearning new ideas and concepts everyday so I encourage people to share their ideas while I also engage myself in reading.
